Estimator & Sales Consultant

Want to earn up to 6% in Commission? Have 2+ years of experience in both Residential & Commercial Sales for Painting? Then we want to hear from you!

We are searching for experienced Sales Representatives to join the SoCal Paints team in Southern California.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting virtual, phone, and at home, client consultations to determine suitable solutions for the client’s needs.
  • Prospecting Leads and Closing Sales of interior painting, exterior painting, Epoxy Flooring, Drywall Repair, Staining, and other painting type services
  • Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact from start to finish
  • Enjoy a variety of assignments, no two days are alike

You are qualified if:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of professional Sales in Painting experience. (Residential & Commercial)
  • Possess strong communication and people skills and have a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Self-motivated attitude and demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively and without close supervision
  • Outgoing, possess a team-first mentality, flexible schedule, and sales-oriented mindset
  • This is a fast-paced, technology-driven company, you must be able to adapt accordingly
  • You have a car and a valid driving license
